The case of Colorado vs Hentges Brown was an excellent example of incompetent prosecution attorneys. They couldn't even figure out how to enter the defendent's date of birth without a major courtroom fight. They allowed defense to make statements that were totally incorrect without even the slightest challenge. As a result, a man who is being investigated in another state for 3 other sexual assaults on minors get off .

Your officials in their personal lives should pay their bills and not skip out

I got in so much trouble because my ex is a military high rank and he manipulative the system because all these people believe him!! Is unbelievable!! The charges I have over nothing!!!!!! I am the victim here bur they do whatever he ask for. Is just heartbreaking.

Because they, the court and CSPD wouldn't listen to me and hit me with a protection order my now x who was severely mentally ill and bipolar ended up taking her own life. I couldn't be there to watch over her and take her meds and now she's gone. All because they would rather convict someone and not give a damn rather then listen to what I had to say.. i couldnt come near her and now shes gone. Let that sink in.

Make sure you record every conversation with them. They will give you a deal offer and turn around and dishonor the agreement. Be careful with the wording in emails, nothing is confidential. It is my second time dealing with them, the lack of integrity is disgusting!

The DA was charging my exwith.D vthe state says you're not allowed to drop them at all.I ask them not to drop it , but because my ex is connected to the law community.... I watched the district attorney's attorney tell the defense bad news I did not want case drop.... the judge walks in ask district attorney if it was good or bad news... District attorney said it was bad.That judge immediately called up the defense attorney and despite me saying I did not want them to drop it and legally.Colorado's not supposed to drop it.They dropped it anyways.That was gross abuse of the judicial system...... Supervisors need to be contacting me before the news.

I know everyone hates court but having people like Faye in S101 to help you through your issues can make your experience a thousand times better. What a helpful, patient and understanding young woman to assist me today, she felt sent by God and I felt blessed to be able to interact with her today. Thank you Faye!

Neighborhood Justice center is nothing but a joke that wastes time and money… they are not in your corner. If you find yourself in a situation where you hope they can be an asset to help you… run! If you are a victim of crime and court ordered to go to try mediation with defendant understand FULLY that Nothing is enforced it is all voluntary and you are back to square one with courts. When under immense pressure and stress it is easily misunderstood (what voluntary means in this case) that the mediation is a joke. I even reached out to DA via social media and of course was ignored. They do not care.

My name is Isaac and I just spoke to a clerk and she was extremely nice and forwarded me to the correct resource. I left a voicemail for Division A and are looking forward to working alongside them to solve the issues at hand.

The district attorney told me today that they won't prosecute people for assaulting anyone with a criminal record. Even with video of the assult. So if anyone has ever been convicted of a crime you can be attacked at anytime by anyone. No consequences.

Their email contact is literally broken, and it's extremely hard to get ahold of a real person, especially a real person with the info you need.

What a "victim advocate" Tori Gruber is absolutely terrible at her job. Dont care about the victims and the Victim Advocates couldn't be anymore worthless overall or careless about their jobs. Hard to reach, Can't help with anything at all and are all lost puppies. Not even real victims of crimes and don't care about anyones best interest, both victim and defendant. Only care about money despite what the victim is going through. Just absolutely worthless people here couldn't be more ashamed of this system in Colorado. They don't care about their victims, don't let it fool you!

The public officials in Colorado Springs are outgoing and friendly normally. Everyone has a bad day but overall the DAs Officials and the City Attorney Officials are willing to help you help yourself.

Receptionist is RUDE, I gave her a case # she immediately said we don't handle JV cases, didn't even look up the case. I said I spoke to someone yesterday, she just xferred me to an investigator.

really disappointed in that every time i try to contact someone about my case, i always get sent to voicemail. the front ladies who answer the main phone are always really nice and try to help. but the people in the division i need are never available. it’s unfortunate that i can’t even have a voice, when the help i deserve and have rights to aren’t available…
