I'm glad to see so many positive reviews for this firm because my experience was positive. Unlike most other claimants with serious accident injuries, my physical injury was quite minor, despite my motorcycle being totaled by a freeway rear-end collision. But the good fortune of minor injury brings two problems: the liable party's insurance company feels they can just walk away, and few lawyers want to take a case that's going to net them a couple thousand. I am thrilled and grateful that A G Assanti wanted to take my case without an instant's hesitation. I was handled with efficiency, concern and professionalism with a final result 5 times the insurer's first offer. I suspect a lot of people get in an accident, particularly one like mine that's 100% the fault of the other party, and think that one call to a lawyer is going to make it rain money. Those are the stories we read in the media, right? Someone fell off a ladder and got millions for it? While I was engaged in this matter I was a jurist on an injury trial. A city bus turned into the path of an older but fit bicyclist, knocking him to the ground, breaking his hip, and permanently degrading the rest of his life with pain and mobility limitations. Two people on that jury took the position, "Ride a busy street, those are the chances you take. Zero compensation." That's the reality of taking your case to a jury. Getting even a fair jury settlement is a risky uphill battle that's a lot of hard work. With my one-stitch injury we weren't going to go there, and no doubt the insurer knew it. They wanted to pay for my jacket and helmet and walk away, leaving me without my only transportation, and without one of the central joys of my life. A G Assanti made sure that did not happen.

I've worked with Assanti & Associates on an accident case. The other party was very shady. The accident was not my fault, but got sued anyway and because the other attorney couldn't find me (I had just moved), filed a fictitious Proof of service. Alex, came up with a very smart strategy and followed it through. He helped me avoid a situation that would have added insult to injury and eventually caused the other party to withdraw their claims.
