In 2023, I hired Adam Richard as my attorney for a domestic violence protection order and hired him again in 2024 to help with my divorce. Adam has been so amazing to work with. He's been with me every step of the way and has helped me through all the legal stuff and answered all my questions. He's answered all my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and has helped me fight for mine and my son's safety and freedom. He's been very supportive and attentive to everything and made everything so easy! I told him about my situation along with the evidence I had and he basically did everything for both my DVPO and divorce. I thank Adam and Aaland Law for the support they have given me and everything they have done to help me. Where should I start as an individual I’m dealing with several things I came to this law firm because it was highly recommended and I seen the great reviews. I did not experience that at all !!!!!! I’ve experience nothing but a headache very dismissive not understanding where my case is at times. I am a very precise person when taking care of business so in the moment, I had ask what was the difference between a public defender and private lawyer I was told a public defender basically you’re just another case,& a private lawyer I would work exclusively hands-on & I would be able to be accessible to my Lawyer with any concerns or questions but instead I feel like I’m bumping heads with a brick wall because I have more questions than answers and basically it’s very frustrating when I’m calling & only able to leave a written message to the Secretary there was no availability to schedule an appointment. It was strictly had to be noted down for my lawyer to contact me no voice messages to leave concerns or express how Services is being done calling throughout the day just to be told they’re not available every time I call. they’ll contact me when it’s convenient and I’m not able to Express the true concern or meaning or definition of what I’m going through mentally when I’m emailing my Lawyer Overall I did have Adam and I would say he did come to some resolutions and me not fully understanding or comprehending the lingo and codes in my case very frustrating when I am calling with questions and not getting a resolution. I am not satisfied. with how I’ve been treated emotionally.

Worked with Adam Richard on a custody case for 2 years and he was awesome! Always on top of everything, kept me up to date on what was happening and great at addressing any questions or concerns I had. Going through a custody battle is a very stressful thing but he made the whole process so much easier and was there for me every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!
