You need a near unbeatable case to get knocked down to a better charge? Call Delgado. I was pulled over, epically failed field sobriety test, got arrested, blew a .19 at the station, had an open container in the car and Delgado got it down to reckless driving. The prosecution also figured out this was my second dui arrest within 2 years even though the first was expunged. The process was incredibly efficient/easy going and well worth the cost.
