DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. I hired this firm to handle a case. I got rear-ended at 50+mph while I was stopped. Totaling my new $40k truck. I hadn't even made the first payment yet. All recorded by a parked police officers dash cam that was facing the entire accident. Other driver admitted 100% fault. Easy case, right? Apparently not. Good luck trying to speak with them on the phone. I finally recieved a call after leaving a few messages, I asked him what my case would potentially be worth. In a very disrespectful way, he replied " I'm not sure. We could ask for nothing?". Another month or so goes by and Grant tells me he's asking for $45k. I figured I would end up with around $10k-12k(my med bills paid in full, and my missed days of work) after negotiations. Fast forward to Jan 24 2026. I have over $5,000 of medical bills and 10 days of missed work due to this accident. Conservatively $10k out of my pocket. This firm didn't even get all of my medical bills paid, and only got 2 days of my missed work paid for. Grant Williams ended up with thousands more than the amount of the what I got after my medical bills were paid. I am actually in the negative of about $4,000. COMPLETELY absurd. Do yourself a favor and hire another firm. Find better representation. Get the money you deserve. Update: After seeing this review, Grant called me last night trying to get me to delete this review! Straight asked me to delete or remove it. What a clown! I did edit the timeline. Grant claims I received more $ than he did. Complete lie. He had me convinced I would get approximately $4,800, IN POCKET. Again, Paying about $4,300 in medical bills and only getting 2 of the 10 days of missed work I am in the hole approx $4,000. This firm doesn't care about your situation at all. They just want your $.

Don't expect Daniel Malloy to call you back! Don't even expect his paralegal to call you back! Numerous missed calls, numerous messages left, neither ever call back. He also does not take accountability with mistakes and instead blames you.

I have no experience with Aaron Sachs's firm, but I do find it quite concerning that they have a large digital billboard on Battlefield that runs video ads. They are far more distracting than static images that are typically displayed on digital billboards. Springfield's sign ordinance (Sec. 36-454 8.b.c) says that: All electronic message center signs placed less than ten feet above street grade shall be limited to static images only. Such static images shall hold on the display for a period of at least eight seconds before transitioning to another static image. I drive by their new sign every morning on my way to work and for the location, and how close it is to the road, it is FAR too bright. to make it worse, the graphics flash too quickly. Gives me a headache and it’s going to give someone an epileptic seizure.
