I would say very unreliable no communication they will make moves without letting their clients know. very frustrating. It has been over a year since A drunk driver hit me and I have tried hundreds of times to get a hold of these guys and I never hear back. I've had to tell the secretary That answer is the phone that I'm thinking about cutting this company loose and rehiring another attorney and then I might get an email back. But I was hit by a drunk driver in easy open and close case. it is taking these guys more than a year and I'm going to walk away with $900.

I was slightly confused and overwhelmed when this process started and had no idea what to expect, but Will was an incredible help and support through this. He was always ready to answer any questions I had even if they seemed silly. If I didn't understand something, he was happy to slowly explain it to me so I knew exactly what to expect. I was involved in an accident 10 months ago, I got an Attorney because I thought the Insurance company would try to pay minimal. Even though the other car hit me. I had a Passenger in my car they they settled with the insurance company on their own that same week and received their money in 2 days after the hospital was paid. They called to tell me they settled with the insurance company 2 months ago for less than my passenger settled for, before they took their cut. But I was ok with the amount.
