Terrible customer service. The receptionist claims to speak Spanish but doesn't know what she's talking about. They're rude; I wouldn't recommend them.

After a phone interview that I waited ages for—days, since they claim they never have appointments available and are always too busy—I realized that this woman is a rude and despotic person who doesn't care about her clients. Her customer service is terrible; she doesn't even listen to you, much less answer your questions, and all she does is waste your time. This woman is not qualified to do what she does. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Feliz doesn't represent her clients at all. You have to keep calling her office doesn't return calls. Missed deadlines for court. When representing in court she has no idea what she is doing. If you want the worst outcome hire Feliz. She has put my grandkids life in danger and should not be allowed to practice law again!!!
