I Have had some poor representation in the past for my divorce and custody. I came across Abear Law a few years ago, when I needed help with post divorce and custody issues. Tony put forth a plan of action in detail on how he would handle this issue. No wasting of time with continuances. Issues were resolved with no surprises. He recently made time to talk and advise on how to handle the sale of my house and protect proceeds from the sale, until I could reinvest it. Again, he had a plan for me. Jean Harner was so kind and helpful. I initially filed my case pro se, and after a few court dates that did not go very well b/c the judge failed to provide me with the necessary information to complete my case. I hired Jean to represent me. She listened to me, and provided me with the information needed to complete the process.
