Recommended by my employer’s Metlife to reach out for legal advice - initially seemed like he wanted to help until he said “i dont think you’re grasping what im saying” and that he “maybe gets $30” for the phone call and that to come back and talk to him would be $300/hr. Way to make someone feel like “you want to help”… dont waste your time.

Scott Abell was absolutely rude and highly unprofessional in my recent dealings with him. He repeatedly interrupted me, refused to let me finish answering his questions, then shouted that I’d “changed answers” when he never let me finish a sentence. This was quite a personality change from when he made our wills earlier this year. He told me at least three times he did not need to hear all my words, that his time was valuable and he can’t “be listening to people all day.” So while he can write a will, for heaven’s sakes when someone dies, don’t bother calling to ask him questions. I truly felt like I was talking to a child. It was ridiculous.
