Exceptional > I was referred to Stewart Abney when unexpectedly laid off from a job. I had been presented a severance agreement that seemed not to be in my best interest to sign. I wanted someone to represent me and negotiate on my behalf. I felt from the first phone call before meeting in person, I was put to ease with Stewart. He was willing to listen, gain insight into the situation, and put my emotions in alignment. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing representation in employee affairs or negotiations. I know that for my future, I can count on him to help me with any other issues or concerns.

Where to begin? Initially messaged Stewart in January of 2025 regarding contract dispute that turned into a wrongful termination. Texted and emailed him all of the necessary documents. Was told personally by him that he was getting the paper work ready to submit to my employer in February 2025. Few weeks go by, nothing. Reach back out in March. Spoke on the phone. Was told he would have the paperwork ready to go in the next few days. Few weeks go by, now it's April. Still nothing sent. Messaged him repeatedly. Finally got a response on April 9 that he would send me the letter for final approval by that evening, and that the letter would go out the next day. Never got that email. Never got anything sent out. Haven't heard back from him in 2 months. Very unprofessional. 0/5 would not recommend
