I've been waiting for my FOIA results for over two, if not three, years. Every time I call, they hang up on me or lie, saying I've already paid everything, and I still haven't received the results. I understand it shouldn't take this long; I hope they resolve this soon.

I'll be very honest, a few years ago, around 2015, I opened a case with them. They worked very well on my case; I got my residency, then applied for citizenship, everything went great. And of course, since I liked the service, I recommended them to other people. They took on five more clients. They always told me they didn't like the service, that they didn't see the lawyer, that it was just the assistants they spoke to. They asked questions, and the assistants just answered that they didn't know anything, that you practically had to open a case, and that one of their lawyers would contact them. So now, I personally went back and wanted to open a case for my father-in-law, and the service was horrible. But I said, "Okay, I'll trust them," and I opened a case. I kept calling them; I wanted to know how I was going to fill out the medical documents because his doctor never wanted to fill them out. They never answered me or returned my calls. I also went to my brother's office and asked them about his case, and their answer was, "I don't know anything. Maybe his case will take six years." And I said, "Six years? If he already had an open case, you're supposed to know how far it's taken." His case is still pending, even though that's what they were paid for. All they told me was, "We don't know anything," and I told them it couldn't take six years—it's a petition for a citizen spouse. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ Honestly, they've put people to work in the offices who don't have the slightest clue about the law, inexperienced people. I paid for my father-in-law's case, called for a refund, canceled it, they never called me back for the refund, and they didn't lift a finger for his case. So I called the bank and reported them for fraud. I assure you, if I had spent more money, I would sue them and we would go to court. I was very disappointed with this lawyer; they don't work properly, and the employees are inexperienced. I wouldn't recommend them now…
