I do not have the good fortune to know Mr. Gerrero but I have heard that he is a very good lawyer and those who work for him are excellent people since I worked on an asylum case with Walter Gomez and excellent work from the person mentioned, I only have a small disappointment since the times I have called Mr. Ivan Gerrero's office I get a secretary or a young lady who answers, I don't really know what position she holds but she is very unfriendly since one asks questions and answers very aggressively or does not thank you and just hangs up the phone.

The lawyer was very professional. He instilled a lot of confidence in me throughout my process, and whenever I needed help or assistance from the office, they were always there for me! I highly recommend the lawyer.

Poor communication through the whole process. Now I’m getting calls from a debt collector for a hospital first care bill that was supposed to be settled and my lawyer is ignoring my messages, just to be consistent with the previous experience. I decided not to leave a bad review before when the case was closed, even though it was horrible, and all the miscommunication, and regardless of an incident where they had me go to office for an appointment to wait for hours only to never show up, no apologies, not a word from the lawyer. Then, also be mindful that if you attempt to get any response on the phone, you are actually reaching out to a call center, so you are never connected directly to the office. At least that was my experience with this office, I would certainly not recommend.

My friend hired him two years ago for a problem with her husband and they have not paid attention to her case, today she had to look for a new lawyer. I put a star because it is the only way my message will appear.

They never showed any interest in my case. They told me the lawyer would call me back soon, but two weeks passed only for them to tell me they didn't have an appointment for another 15 days. In my opinion, they're not serious.
