Anyone considering working with this firm should seriously reconsider. And those already dealing with them should pay close attention to their case, follow up consistently, and make sure they don't pay their money without receiving any real benefit. My experience with this firm was disappointing. I handled a legal matter with them and paid $5,500, but despite the payments, I saw no real progress in my case during the time I was retained. When I requested a partial refund due to the lack of progress, I received invoices that included duplicate charges and internal administrative work that were unclear and not properly explained. This experience caused me to lose confidence in how the billing and case follow-up were handled. I strongly advise any prospective client to be extremely cautious, request written explanations for every charge, and not rely solely on verbal promises.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Both my father and I have tried working with this group on separate occasions. They were highly recommended to us from someone. The first time, when my dad reached out, they failed to call him at the scheduled appointment time. Recently, I needed urgent help and booked an appointment myself. After a brief three-minute conversation, I was told I’d receive a call back, but despite following up with a text, I never heard back. Fortunately, I was able to find someone else who truly supports people through their hardships and has been very transparent and direct with us… in case this helps someone else.

My experience with Abogados Para Hispannos LLC (Immigration Law Firm) has been remarkable since I met Attorney Santiago in April 2023 and she agreed to take my case on a Pro Bono or gratis basis because I had no money as I was terminated from work. She worked professionally me until I received my papers on May 23, 2025. It was not easy, but I am thankful for the support I received from Att. Santiago, her legal assistants, Ms. Colombo, Monica, and George, whom I met at the office a few times I visited. All these people were exceptionally helpful in my arduous journey to receiving my paper. I am currently working to organize my life, which wounld not have been possible without the assistance of all the individuals I have mentioned above, particularly Att. Santiago, who reviewed my case expeditiously, and assured me that she could assist me in obtaining my documents, which she has accomplished. So far, the service has been awful. After the prescreening in May 2024, they immediately sent me the payment information and then I never heard from them again. They didn't answer emails, and in September, when I finally got through on the phone, they told me they hadn't started the process related to my case and didn't know why. In other words, they charged me in May, and by September (four months later), they hadn't done anything. They assigned me an attorney named Monica to follow up on my case. However, nothing changed. It's March 2025, and I still haven't heard anything about my case. I write to them, and they ignore me. When I call, they say they'll call me back, and they don't. I know that the resolution of the case doesn't depend on Abogados para Hispanos (Lawyers for Hispanics), but what does depend on this company is follow-up, and they don't seem to be doing that. In short: GOOD AT CHARGING, BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is my Mother’s second time dealing with an attorney who doesn’t give any answers and no one knows anything and she is spending alot of money in this case just to loose it all again. Every time she wants to speak with the assistant or the lawyer she’s always at a meeting and says she will call back but never does nor answers her messages. It’s very frustrating that she has to be going through this AGAIN and spend twice the money. She has done everything on her end to turn in all the paperwork and no update on where her documents have been sent or even track where it is exactly. What a waste of an investment to get nothing but oh with payments they are really good at taking it asap

Horrible service! I had a pre-screening with a girl who I think was the secretary and she gave me an appointment to speak with the attorney on Monday, March 25th at 3:45 where they brought me emails and text messages confirming my appointment. It's a shame since I was highly recommended attorney Sally Santiago! I specified that my case was urgent and that I really needed to speak with the attorney, yesterday Monday the day of my appointment she gave the time and she never called me, I decided to call the office they told me that according to the attorney I was late and that she would call me soon but she never called me, it seems very unprofessional to me since they could have called me and told me they couldn't see me today and reschedule my appointment, instead the receptionist called me to tell me that my appointment wasn't scheduled in the system and that she was alone in the office and that I didn't have access to the appointments!! I mean? What? What are you doing working there with all due respect if you don't have access to the appointments and you're alone in the office, well that's what it is if you work there that's why they hired you. I found what they did to be truly disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't recommend them at all! And I was the one who had to call three times; she only called me once to tell me my appointment wasn't in the system! And that she couldn't reach the lawyer because I wasn't answering her phone! No, they were all super organized! How awful to be left with a bad impression of someone you were blindly recommended!
