While the situation of needing ATS was not fun, I am happy to have found them. They were great to work with - and talked me off the ledge on more than one occasion. Highly recommend! My tax problem has snow balled out of control the last couple of years. I can't tell you how helpful the crew at ATS has been. I owned a business back in 2010 through 2019 and got behind on employee withholdings taxes for 2019 and thought as long as I stay current all would be forgiven, or they would not catch on....well, suffice to say, they sent me a letter 3 weeks ago stating I owed $35,000 just for 2019...I was panicked. My wife and I were freaking out....we called ATS and spoke to Jared and he explained exactly how the IRS treats these situations and educated us on how they would be able to take the stress off of our plate and that is exactly what they did. I received a letter from the IRS saying they were going to place a lien on my home I’ve lived in for almost 20 years now. I waited on hold with the IRS for two hours, only to be hung up on the first time. The second time who ever answered at the IRS was only interested in trying to get me to pay them as much as I possible could that day and in no way had any concerns about my main concern of losing my home. I went onto the internet found Accelerated Tax Solutions and I can’t say enough about Grant Shogren who is their main Attorney and I believe it was Josh or James Mccormick who assisted me at first. Not only was Mr. Shogren able to make the IRS lift the lien of my house but was able to wipe away over $11,000 in penalties and interest that the IRS charged me. I can’t thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
