I’ve used Neil for 2 cases. The first case was in 2019. His fees are very fair but I must say if all you care about is an attorney with the lowest fees I think that is the wrong way to go about choosing an attorney. I felt Neil gave me the personal attention that I was craving. My questions were answered on the phone or he found the answer and called or emailed me back. His in court appearance is extremely professional and his presentation is first rate. I hope I never have to use any attorney again but I’d use him in a heartbeat with no hesitation. I’m a real person and feel free to contact me through Google.

I hired this firm after my daughter's accident who is a young adult and on my auto and medical insurance. They immediately referred me to a chiropractor for my daughter. After the settlement was finally reached they advised me of the chiropractor fees which were outrageous. When I emailed and called asking why I was not able to negotiate these fees prior to the settlement agreement they would not respond. Finally, attorney Neil responded to my daughter. He acknowledged receiving communication from me and told her at the firms discretion they would only communicate with her as she is an adult. This is after Accident Pros primarily communicated with me for over a year. Further, attorney Neil nor anyone from the firm would answer our question regarding the fees from their recommended chiropractor. I was surprised how they ignored my daughter's and I questions about those fees which overall were nominal for a firm of their size. Once they receive their money, they will ghost you, at least in my experience. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable firm. Very poor representation for business in Roseville.

Hi there. I'd like to spread a bit of information about something that it seems everyone in their life may have to go through at one time or another. That thing is , an automobile accident. Of course not all car accidents require hiring an attorney, but for the ones that do this review is for you. Whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant, a bystander or the lead witness, there is always something to be learned from an accident. I am here to tell you that usually, as far as the Attorneys are concerned in these types of cases they are usually trying to learn more ways to simply take more of your money. But, that being said, today I want to tell you about the delightful experience that I recently had at the Accident Pros in Roseville. As soon as I stepped into the office and through completion of the case. I was treated as if I was the only case they had going, and from beginning all the way through the required steps involved in settling the case went very smoothly I want to thank in particular my attorney Stephen Brown let the way as my soon as he began by taking my case and he had me and all of my medical bills paid in short order. I am fully aware that he didn't do it all himself so I'd also like to thank the entire staff whom I feel I met all of them just the other day. The most important thing it seems to me is getting your claim front and center for the other side's insurance and attorneys to see from start to finish so as not to be lost in a pile of paper. Well, with the Accident Pros that is what happened, leading to me getting paid A.S.A.P. What I saw was a team who was focussed and professional.
