UPDATE Oct 20, 2025: I haven't received a single email regarding this matter. I'm not one to leave bad reviews because... I've had a case with Accidentazo since July 2024. I want to tell you about my process and how it will continue to evolve. I want to clarify that this review will change depending on how everything evolves. I went to the office to receive information on how they could help me with my accident and, more importantly, with the hospital bills. Carlos treated me, and before you know it, you're already doing business with them. You have to be careful because he's a person who quickly absorbs you. He advised me "well," and I began the process with them. I took some physical therapy I needed, and my case was taken by the law firm Asher & Associates. So far, I don't know what happened to my case since communicating with Sara, Asher's assistant, is almost impossible. They never answer emails or calls, and Carlos honestly solves very little. I feel like he just wants to take the case and say goodbye. I don't ask for them to call me every week, but at least once a month wouldn't be bad, since they keep calling me to pay my $8000 bills.

It was a waste of time. They told me they would help me with therapy, but they never answered the phones; they're not secure.
