I have mediated two cases with Ted Sherwood. One was a med mal and the other was a premises liability. We made progress at the sessions. Ted continued to work on the cases for a few weeks afterwards. Thanks to Ted's hard work, we settled both cases for mid to upper six figure settlements. I heartily recommend Ted Sherwood as a mediator. I will use Ted again.

Accord is always my top choice for mediation services. I have never had opposing counsel object to selecting Accord.
