USAA assigned my case to Mike Acker in 2024 when it was determined that I was surprisingly being sued by three different individuals who were involved in a minor multiple car accident in 2021. My car was one of 5 vehicles damaged but I was certain the cause was not my fault. It took some time to sort out the facts of what truly occurred, but Mike managed the three cases meticulously and ultimately all claimants dropped each lawsuit against me. Acker Law Group is a top notch team and I highly recommend them for any vehicle accident related matter that requires top notch legal advice. Special thanks to Mirta Gallagher who was in constant contact with me throughout the 4 year ordeal. Bottom line…Acker Law Group is the best of the best!!! 5 stars +++!!!

I truly don't know where to begin in sharing my experience working with Mike Acker. As a 59-year old female (Army veteran) approaching retirement I was truly a nervous wreck before speaking with Mike. Upon hearing the sound of his voice, I knew that USAA had assigned me a well experienced and seasoned attorney. From that moment, my fears subsided and I started getting a good night's sleep. Mike carefully explained how my case would proceed and how he would be there every step of the way. True to his word, Mike Acker and his team were there!!! I'm late in posting this review, but even years later, I'm so thankful that Mike represented me. He was always professional and polite, and took the time to answer all of our many questions to clarify his role (including limitations), the case details, and next steps so we could plan accordingly. His staff was always professional and polite. I highly recommend him and he would definitely be my first call of I need an attorney in the future.
