Update on my previous review: I finally received their "final letter" 11 months after they said they would send it, with $6.85 postage due on the letter. A perfect example of my experience with Acorn.

Great initially. Impossible to reach afterwards. I've texted, and reached out on his website. Need my trust updated. Concerned that if anything happened, no one could reach Marc.

I hired Acorn to assist with the execution of my mother's trust. From start to finish, my experience with them was frustrating, irritating, and disappointing. Their lack of communication was perhaps the most upsetting. I caught and corrected so many careless errors that I have little trust that any documents or functions they were supposed to complete were done properly. Ultimately, I felt they had very little interest in serving me as their client.

After contact, I was told what would be needed on my first appt., I was very pleased with the efficiency of the team and how quickly we got through my concerns and questions. (my concerns needed two visits.) went well and over and above my expectations as far as product delivered and all questions answered.
