I cannot say enough great things about Attorney Fraga. She was truly a lifesaver for my friend, who was unexpectedly detained by ICE while vacationing with friends. Even though my friend has two pending immigration cases and is in the process of getting her Green Card legally, they were trying to move her through the deportation process extremely quickly — even transporting her to another state, which didn't stop her from continuing her case. Attorney Fraga stepped in right away and worked diligently, urgently, and with true care. She petitioned for a bond release and fought for my friend who was released on bond. She was able to get her transferred back to her home state so she could attend her additional hearing. If you want to waste your time and money, then hire this lawyer. I assure you you'll never feel more scammed and mistreated again in your life. I paid this woman $2,500.00 for a contract we signed for her to file my residency application. I've been trying to contact her for a month to provide what I need to file my residency application, and she doesn't even have the decency to respond. She's scheduled two appointments to speak with me, and both times I've called, but she doesn't answer. I'm sure her attitude isn't even similar to that of people who haven't paid their money yet. Ladies and gentlemen, be very careful these days who you trust. After I paid the full contract, this woman simply sent me an assistant telling me she wasn't going to do anything. I have proof of everything I've written before. How sad it has become for the person supposed to help you to sink you even further. Madam lawyer, no one escapes God's justice.
