Excellent understanding of my case. Mr. Taub made it very clear he understood my situation and it was most apparent he did everything he could to take care of my problems. Very professional and serious about his work.

Adam provided an excellent consultation this morning for about 30 minutes. Looked up my case files and gave honest and direct feedback. Not sure why the recent negative reviews. I’d much rather deal with a direct and honest attorney than one who is going to blow smoke.

I called Adam again & Associates and the gentlemen who answered the phone was extremely rude and before greeting me asked where was I calling from. I’m assuming because I have a 404 area code so I explained to him that I was calling from Ami but have a Atlanta number, before I could get it out he snapped “Okay what can I do for you!” When you’re already having a major issue with a company and need an advocate, the last thing you expect is to be talked to like that. I wouldn’t do business here.

Instead of offering any real insight or respect, you dismissed it with smugness and condescension. Your tone was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of real consumer harm. The way you brushed it off and told me to “keep trying other attorneys” was not “telling the truth” — it was showing a lack of care and basic decency. You laughed at a case involving serious violations, and now you’re backpedaling in public. If this is how you treat potential clients, it’s no wonder people speak up. The arrogance and attitude you carry in your response says everything. Good luck to anyone expecting compassion, professionalism, or real advocacy from this office.

I approached Adam Taub with a strong FCRA case—well-documented, supported with real violations, and I was ready to move. Instead of giving it fair consideration, he laughed it off and dismissed it like it was a joke. As someone genuinely seeking legal help, I felt disrespected, belittled, and frankly, like a schmuck for even calling his office. If you’re looking for someone who takes your rights seriously and doesn’t brush you off with arrogance, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Some attorneys may sell you dreams at the beginning of your case, but he followed through with his promises all the way to the end of my situation. He dealt with the negotiations on my behalf, and I didn’t have to do anything. He also was very communicative through email and phone calls. Every step of the way I received an email or phone call for updates. His assistant Katie was very pleasant and communicative as well. Adam is a great lawyer and got us all of our damages returned when a fraudulent company sold us a food trailer and then illegally repossessed it. Wish I would have read more reviews before attempting to contact this Law Group. I waited over a week to speak with someone, calling the office more than once because my online consultation request wasn’t followed up on. Once I was able to speak with Adam he seemed as if our conversation was disrupting his day. I could barely get any of my questions in before he made a snarky remark and abruptly hung up on me - a pattern I noticed echoed in other reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this office.

I just called the law firm to discuss a wrongful repossession case as BREACH OF PEACE OCCURRED AND THE POLICE CAME TO RESTORE PEACE. THERE IS A REPORT. I have been connected to a lawyer who asked me: Are late with your payments ? I answered yes. He then stated: they are allowed to. THIS IS WRONG. Run away from them, you do not want to hire a lawyer who is considering breach of peace as legitimate reasons to repossess a car. You should be concern with malpractice if you were to hire this firm Ann I do not see how you can be successful if the lawyer itself does not know the law.
