I am seriously very worried about my case. My case manager is Ruby and she never calls to update about my case. Every time I wanted to call her to ask her something she was not available. At first she could not find the insurance of the driver and took about 3 months to find it. I had to deal with my insurance for the damages of my vehicle all by myself and got tired and told her to just go on with the injury demand. Now she says I need to wait 4 months only to gather bills and records to demand for the injury. I’m glad I called her today and found out she transferred my case with Gracie with records and bills. Hopefully, I am in a good firm and it’s only her that is like that.

Ive used Adame Garza a year or so before. Great experience. Was hit by a truck on my motorcycle (Yes, they do motorcycle accidents too!!). This time i was hit by a person who texts and drives while in my car. Sandwiched my two door. First thing i did was call Lorena. She was the one who worked on my last case (check my other review here as well under Jerome Stewart). I only go to her. Yes, they have amazing people there but i ONLY work with Lorena. If its not broke, dont fix it i say. She immediately got me into medical treatments. Physical therapy, Xrays, MRIs, special doctors, etc. I just had to go to the appointments. Everything was already handled. She kept me posted thru the whole thing and made sure I was fully aware of the process. I even learned a few things about texas insurance laws. Had crazy back and neck injuries. Saw many specialists that got me squared away. I had issues with the insurance company paying me for my car. They didnt want to pay for the damages. Car was completely totaled. They barely wanted to pay me for a fraction of the car value.  I told Lorena and she used her "Suge Knight" skills (lol) and we got them to do what they are supposed to do. Got me my money for my car. The actual value. No run-around. In the event of an accident, I call the police, my spouse, and Lorena. If you ever have an accident, dont hesitate, call Adame Garza and ask for LORENA DONATO. Tell her i sent you.

Ive never used a lawyer before for an accident. Was in a motorcycle accident and got hurt pretty bad. A friend referred me to Adame Graza. Best decision i made. Worked directly with Lorena Donato. She not only showed care about what i was going thru but also made the process easy. I received great medical treatment from multiple doctors but also never had to worry about contacting any of them. It was all scheduled out for me. She gave me great insight on the whole process so i didnt feel anxious or concerned about any of it. Made sure all my worries were put to rest.
