Jimmy Adams is PHENOMENAL. He was a tremendous help after my daughter (8) died in a car accident. The hospital bills were $200,000 and he made sure I got enough back to cover it (& then some). He was so incredibly kind and tactful with a very delicate situation. 10/10.
