Since I've been an ambassador for Adams & Martin Group in the Washington, DC office my experience has been nothing but great. The team, which consists of Branch Manager Chris Jones and Business Solutions Managers Chris Shrum and Michelle Hermes, has consistently shown that the needs of their candidates are just as important to them as the needs of their clients. Each manager/recruiter goes above and beyond to pair candidates with firms whose culture and atmosphere are compatible with their own expectations of their employers. Each has their own personal style of managing and recruiting; they work effectively as a team to ensure that candidates are properly compensated based on their qualifications, experience and job history. They provide you with much needed coaching on resume presentation, dressing the part for an interview, salary negotiations and will even take the time to go over what to expect or say in an interview if you are feeling nervous or overwhelmed.
