I am an attorney practicing in the great state of Michigan. Recently I represented two MI residents, injured while passing through Illinois. I was unable to settle my client's injury claims within the Statute of Limitations period, and had no choice but to involve an Illinois law firm to litigate the matter (in Illinois). The most common complaint I hear, about Plaintiff oriented law firms, is their lack of communication. As attorneys, we literally work for our clients. With Adeszko Abate & Green that was a non-issue. They explained everything to the clients as the matter progressed, and ultimately resolved their respective cases (well short of trial) for the "coverage limits" of the "at-fault" drivers insurance.
