Called today telling my husband he owes a debt at a hospital that he had not been to in 2019 in a different town other than where we live. Called him while he was on dialysis. They would not tell him what the debt was for at the hospital and what day it was, even when I asked they would not tell me. Threatened to serve him papers for civil court. How can a person on Medicaid and Medicare owe a debt at a hospital from 2019 and this is the first we heard of it. Medicaid and Medicare pays his hospital bills. I take him to the hospital in his own town in 2019. Passed me to a lady whom would not give any information and was rude. Would not give any information. I was highly upset throughout this phone call. If you want someone to pay a bill you would communicate with them on a day, time, and the medical reason. The lady hung up in our face. Called the hospital they spoke of and they said my husband owed no debt.

Talked to a Devon extension 204 very unprofessional. When I asked for more information he gave me a lot of push back. He was very rude and did everything he could to not try to resolve the issue. He even tried to transfer me at one point to avoid talking to me. If this is the kind of images you wish to  Orchestrate your in the wrong line of work. He even told me at one point I couldn't file bankruptcy on a payday loan. He talked down to me if I didn't know my own situation. I ended up filing bankruptcy due to medical cost I had a bad fall and my medical wouldn't cover it nor did the persons home owner's house I fell at. I was young at the time and had no money so I ended up paniced and took out loans I shouldn't. I just did not appreciate how unprofessional Devon was on the phone. Ive worked in customef services for over 15 years and could not believe the amount of unprofessionalism that came from him. When he left a voice mail he spoke way too fast so fast I didn't think it was professional. He needs to work on his cadence when he speaks it's not a race. He needs to realize people need to be able to make out what you are telling them and not have to listen to it five times. I'm also a professional voice-over artist so I know.
