I've hired attorneys from Adler Giersch twice over the span of a half dozen years to handle accident cases (MVA) that weren't my fault. I returned the second time after they had handled my first case successfully. The attorney I used the first time had changed firms, so Steven Anglés handled my case this time. This time my claim was a bit more complicated as two different defendants & insurance companies were implicated in responsibility. Once Steve had been hired and took on the case it alleviated the unrelenting pressure I had been under from both of the defendant's attorneys. Each member of Steve's team, Heather (case manager whom I had worked with before), Elisabeth (attorney), & Sabrina (Litigation paralegal), were always immediately responsive to the myriad of questions that I had during a fairly long process of settling this claim, since neither of the two defendant's were admitting responsibility for being at fault. As this case wound down, & blame assigned to one party my a mediator, that attorney tried to make a low ball offer & threatened to go to court over the claim after the mediator had already awarded a claim amount. In collaboration with Steve, and his recommendations, I did not accept that, and within a span of a couple of days they accepted the judgement. So, in summary, I would without reservation recommend Steve & his team for their care, responsiveness, and most importantly their skill & insight in handling my case. Great people and very nice was a good experience

I was in a rearend auto accident April of 2018. I tried dealing with their insurance company on my own but quickly realized they were not dealing with me honestly. Jacob Gent, and Adler Giersch came highly recommended by a medical professional treating my injury. This was the worst time to be dealing with courts, insurance companies and their attorney’s. The case drug out for 5 years because of pandemic closures and everything going to Zoom meetings. Jacob was very responsive when I had concerns. My case was finally settled just before trial. Jacob was able to get the expert witnesses cost greatly reduced. Arthur Leritz, Jacob Gent, Attorney & Paralegal Jenny Lacobucci were very helpful, informative, & cared about my case. I was referred to Adler Giersch Law Firm by my church pastor. I had a fatal hit and run car accident in June 2021. I was able to get legal guidance and instructions. As rough and difficult times can be when dealing with a legal case. Here at Alder Giersch they take this stress and worry away. Jacob and Jenny were great throughout handling my case and getting results. It took longer than expected but not the worst from what I’ve heard of others experiencing. I was in a car accident 6 years ago, and due to the nature of the insurance process, I am just now completing my settlement. I hired Jacob Gent to represent me in two car accident claims.... 1 in 2015 and 1 in 2016. I sustained injuries in both 1 as a driver and one as a passenger. Jacob gent supported me in keeping both of the claims separate and his paralegal Jenny was very supportive in contacting all the medical offices that I had been to to try to recover from my injuries.
