My case had some very troubling obstacles that I doubt I would have hade the patience or tenacity to see through to the end. My Attorney, Elisabeth Ruff and para legal Jenny Lacobucci were doggedly determined to see things through. They persevered and I received a nice reward. The real benefit was that I just handed them everything that came in (and there were so many moving parts) They explained things to me thoroughly, and then handled them all. The whole team at Adler Giersch was a true pleasurer to work with . I would not hesitate to employ them again and will recommend them to my friends and family. Adler Giersch has an exceptionally professional team that provided tremendous support to my parents during their case. Most won’t read reviews.. please take the time to understand this situation. First of all, let’s start with the end in mind. My wife received her settlement. The professionalism of this firm and the help and guidance from Steve was first class. He knows what he’s doing. My wife and I were on a cruise in Alaska and while visiting one of the ports, my wife (a pedestrian) was struck by a vehicle attempting to cross the street. She suffered a concussion and internal bleeding in her brain. We were airlifted to Seattle where she spent days in intensive care. My wife took months to recover. Medical bills , transportation costs , and loss of work were the last things we worried about because of the guidance from this firm. Long story short , this firm handled everything, and I mean everything. Zoom meeting after zoom meeting were very informed of the necessary steps we needed to take while being kept in the loop of all the steps Steven and firm were taking. Very upfront , very honest, and very helpful. I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond to make sure all necessary expenses were taken care of. My wife is fully recovered. Steve Anglés and his team were amazing! After getting in a hit-and-run car accident with my two kids and needing some extra help with physical therapy, my auto insurance wanted to close out my claim far too early. Steve was generous enough to give me a couple of hours of his time to help me work through how to negotiate with the insurance company. Over the period of a year, I had to work back and forth with my insurance to get different medical bills payed and his team checked in on me consistent to ensure I was able to get what I needed and eventually resolve the claim to the end. I couldn’t be happier with their service and would definitely call them again if I ever need help with a claim.

Carol and Steven were extremely helpful all throughout the process and were able to walk me through the paperwork and steps needed, helping me to be able to get through this. Due to an accident in the summer of 2018, we needed a law firm that could look out for our mom due to her injuries as well as loss of business. After doing research and meeting with different law firms, we ultimately decided to go with Adler Giersch. We felt that they had extensive experience in brain injuries and also gave us the most confidence after meeting with the different firms. We worked with Steven Angles (lawyer) and Maritza Moreno-Sanchez (paralegal) from the very beginning and we couldn’t have asked for a better duo during the process. Steven gave great, constructive, and sound advice and knew some of the top specialists in the state when it came to brain injuries. Maritza did a great job in handing all the medical records and keeping track of our mom’s medical care. They were responsive and were always willing to meet with us whether it was virtual or in-person to help answer our questions along the way. However, the journey wasn’t easy. There were ups and downs throughout the process. The only word of caution we have is that you need to have patience. From start to finish, our mom’s case took about 2.5 years and there were times when we wanted faster resolution.There were many times of great frustration and exhaustion for our family dealing with this situation but in the end Steven and Maritza came through and gave us a result that was better than what we had expected. They made sure to exhaust every resource and every possible avenue to ensure our mom was fairly compensated for her injuries and loss of business.
