Let me preface this by saying I don't like lawyers. If you need a lawyer, Dan McCabe is by far the best I've met and worked with! I've worked with him on a variety of things from workman's comp, to realty and more. If there's something I ask about, that he doesn't specifically work with, he's giving me fantastic directions to people who do! The dog is pretty cool too!

I was in a car crash while on vacation in South Carolina. A driver ran a red light and broad sided us in an intersection. Both of us were injured: my husband a broken leg and I had a broken rib and stitches. The other driver was driving a rental vehicle also. We were diligent about completing all of the paperwork that was sent and working with the insurance companies. Nine months later we received a bill for the car we were driving. The other rental agency was not returning calls and refusing to pay anything. We hired Dan at this point and later learned that our emergency room bills had been sent to collections. The bills were over $100,000. Dan was able to negotiate with the hospitals, insurance agencies and we received a settlement. Dan gave us an estimated timeline and communicated with us regularly. He was and his staff are easy to work with and quick to reply with any questions we had.
