I have to say the bankruptcy laws have changed completely since the 1980's and the rules are stricter. Kevin, Donna and staff worked with me to make the process as simple and understandable as possible. I would highly recommend that if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation that you use their firm. I chose the email only option and was extremely happy with how they handled my case. They were non-judgmental and kind. I learned a lot from this experience and am grateful for their help in achieving relief from the heavy anxiety I felt prior to filing.
