Paul and his staff are caring and professional. He did an amazing job, and negotiated skillfully for a great settlement. The staff was always friendly and supportive. I definitely recommend them for their outstanding results and service.

All they care about is settling and getting their money. I received a very small settlement and afterwards a bill from Medicare saying I owed them $2,700 and wanted to be reimbursed for medical expenses related to the accident. But $1000 of the expenses they charged me for was not a part of the accident, When I protested they said "Too Late" your attorney was to file before dispersing money to me, and he never did. This incompetence of never filing to verify medical payment to be reimbursed to medicare, allowed Medicare to over billed me by over $1000 for medical expenses that weren't related to the accident. When I called Paul's office with the collection agency on the phone, they faxed his office all the paperwork. He said he would look into it. When I called him back 2 weeks later he coudnt remember what he said and didnt try to help me resolve it. I gave 2 stars because they acted nice to me, but the bottom line is they didn't pay attention to details and it cost me money because of their incompetence.
