We had a simple car crash case they were handling that even by the police report was cleaner cut and they couldn’t even handle that. It was 7 months of NOTHING before I finally got fed up and found a new lawyer. Edith the paralegal there is just bad her job, never answers when you call, says she will call or email something on a certain day and will flake. Just radio silence from this woman and the firm. I ended up having to do her job for her and hunt down the police report. Also loses information pertinent to your case. They’re just really bad at their job.
