RECOMMENDED A+ When my Father died, there was a lot of upset about what would be done with the estate, and as happens sometimes, the gloves were off. It was a very hard time for us all, and as you can imagine, everyone's true colors came out. No one knew what would happen next, except that it was a time of uncertainty and doubt. I needed some one to represent my family's best interests and make sure that we were protected from malfeasance. Al Miller saw that everything was handled fairly and professionally from the start to the finish of the ordeal. He gave my family peace of mind and security to count on. Him and his team were also very notably sensitive to my needs as a client during the early times of grieving, and were stalwart and prudent about doing their best to see that things were settled fairly, and with care to detail. There were no loose ends, I am pleased to say. I was impressed by how personable and kind Mr. Miller was during the process, while being very matter of fact about the various twists and turns that came with this difficult and trying family matter. His knowledge and experience were comforting. I feel that it is certain that you can trust in his counsel in your affairs. Very UNprofessional. He was rude to us, irrational and defensive, and felt the need to tell me that HIS time was more important than ours because he can bill for HIS time. He was temperamental and borderline belligerent. Very abrasive and the epitome of everything an attorney is not supposed to be. I am a firm believer in treating others how I want to be treated and this man made that harder than it should be. We worked it out at the end of the issue but he jumps first and questions things later. Make sure your ducks are in a row before dealing with this specific attorney. His staff was very professional and very courteous. It seems like young women wrangling in their angry father. They were great but he clearly thinks he is better than the poor folks that come in to his office.
