Not impressed with price or performance. I attended a mediation today and spent all day 9- (close to)5 to try and resolve a contract dispute. Not the firms fault that we couldn’t come to resolve but the treatment during mediation was bazaar in my opinion. Mediator, Alagood seemed irritated during session and cursed way too much for my liking. It just seemed unprofessional. That, coupled with the fact that he made comments of “waste of my time” several times during meditation seems insulting, Especially since I paid $1200 (day rate) and I was one of 3 participants. If I was making that kind of money, I could refrain from vulgarities and certainly wouldn’t imply that my time was being wasted. It was really insulting. I am not an overly religious man but throwing out Godd*^%mn was as offputting as anything I have dealt with in a while. Especially in the “professional” realm. Sorry I wasted this firms time with my case. I won’t ever consider their services again. Don’t want to be subjected to this kind of nastiness AND pay top dollar. Still pretty disturbed by what took place. Didn’t expect all of this from a small town group. Sad because they seem to have good reviews. Don’t know how that is possible.
