My husband and I hired Alan Beard in the Spring of 2023 for a very complicated case. It is a specialized issue that no one in the city had experience with, including Alan, but it interested him and he decided to take it on. He has done a tremendous amount of research on the case law surrounding our issue, and we have had two court dates so far, and both times the judge ruled in our favor! We still have many more to go, including a jury trial at the end (like I said, it's a complicated issue), but I am very confident he will take us over the finish line with a victory!
