Don't bother calling unless you were fired. I called for representation for a discrimination/retaliation case with over 100 pages of objective evidence showing disparate treatment and systemic retaliation from multiple individuals. I even got a right to sue letter from the EEOC and wanted to file a claim. They didn't even bother to return my first call. Then when I called to follow up, I was told they only take cases where people were fired and ultimately dismissed me after only a 5 minute conversation. I wasn't even offered to speak to the attorneys or present my case. People do endure hostile discrimination and remain employed. They do not care about the evidence of your case, they just want a concrete, air-tight, easy win. I don't know why they just don't advertise it there so we don't waste our time waiting for a call back when we have a tight 90 day window.

He helped me understand that my concerns were valid, which gave me the confidence to move forward. Tristan handled the majority of my case and was calm, thorough, direct, respectful, and always reassuring. Any time I emailed or called because I was unsure about contract language or uncomfortable with how something was written, he took the time to explain it and made sure I fully understood what it meant. We needed a second opinion. Alan worked on a Saturday to provide us with one. He took the time to make sure we understood why he was giving us the advice he did and played devil's advocate as we spun scenarios. Well worth the money.

His paralegal was very rude, after a 15 minute phone conversation She was going to get Mr. Olson to possibly speak with me. I was told he would not because there was a conflict of interest. When I asked what type she said she could not say, I also asked if they may possibly be able to refer me to someone else who could help me and again was very rude. Said not able to and couldn't and wouldn't. And I asked if she could ask Mr Olson, if he popped Possibly could recommend somebody and refused to even ask and abruptly hung up. So if they are that rude? And arrogant to possible clients makes you wonder how they are with the ones that they have. If any? If it ever comes up, I will not. Hesitate to express my experience with this awful law. Firm just terrible

Overall, I was disappointed in the service provided. The receptionist was very helpful and kind and responded to emails in a timely manner. She understood where I was coming from. I paid a flat rate for review of a document and was told he would red-line it with recommended edits. Upon his review, I did talk to the attorney for a sufficient amount of time about my case, which I did appreciate. But he did not red-line the document or provide any recommendations for changes. And any further work would've been at a very high cost. I wasn't opposed to paying additional fees and had hoped there would've been some options. Was disappointed in the outcome.
