I tried for several years to file and get my Out-of State Petition approved in order to get my drivers license in Tennessee. I had numerous issues from 2001-2003 posted on my driving record as well as in the National Database (including 2 DUI's and 2 revocations). After several failed attempts, I spoke with Mr. Kurash. Our initial meeting was very informative, laying out the process in detail without judgement. I agreed to retain his services and he was by my side every step of the way. I’ll try to keep this informative but short. Like a lot of people reading these reviews, I made a big mistake over three years ago getting my second DUI. I knew it was going to be a long hard road only this time it would longer, harder, and costlier than before. My first attorney for the court case was all business and not the most personable which didn’t help comfort me through this difficult time by any means. However, when it came to the next stage of the DUI, petitioning to get a restricted driving permit to try and reduce the time I’d be without my actual license, I couldn’t have been luckier. Don’t get me wrong, there’s no magic pill or person that can make your mistake vanish, that’s yours to own, but having a team like Alan, Brian, and Pam in your corner is the closest thing to magic. It was a lot of work for sure and it comes with a price but I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to anyone. From start to finish they were always helping. From the initial consultation, to the countless phone prep conversations, to the permit hearings…you don’t have to look very hard to see how good they are at what they do. With a now 8-month pregnant wife at home I’m so happy to say that because of their help I have my normal life and freedom back to take care of my wife and family.
