I had a really bad experience here. I asked for an urgent help and I got a call with a lawyer who said that they're gonna give me a strategy the next day (saturday) or as much on monday. I didn't know anything else after that. I called several times and they say that they're still working on in. I waited a week and nothing, so I called again to ask for a refund and they say that's not possible because I had a consultation, but that wasn't like that. They said they will call soon, but that didn't really happen. After two weeks I called again and the receptionist said that they reviewed my case and I can pay them more than 11 thousand to go through the case. Anything else. No details, no strategy, no empathy for all the time I already lost. I hope no one else loses their money with them.

I had such a positive experience with the whole team. I was kept informed consistently, updated immediately on any changes in my case, and listened to as my case progressed. Of course we prevailed. I highly recommend Albizu Law Firm!
