I turned to Mr. Aldred for assistance with my SSDI claim after I was initially denied by SSA. He provided the necessary legal guidance for me to proceed to eventually win my case, culminating in a fully favorable decision from an administrative law judge last year (December 2022). Like myself, Mr. Aldred is former (retired) military and he more than demonstrated to me that he understands the situations of former and retired military and the particular requirements of their legal cases. Bill is an amazing attorney to have. During our hearing the judge even said that he did an amazing job on the write up encompassing the case which went back years! Mr. Aldred represented me in a car wreck and he did an amazing job. I was thoroughly pleased with his diligence in handling the wreck, other attorneys, and all paperwork that we had to submit. Although it did take a while (car wrecks usually do and add on top of that a pandemic) we were finally able to settle and I had full confidence in Mr Aldred. The staff person was also very friendly and amazing to work with. She let me know what was going on every step of the way. Mr Aldred is down to earth and I liked that about him. Call him if you have been injured, he will be honest and give it to you straight!

I contacted Aldred Law Firm to assist me with my Social Security claim. I had already received a denial on my first application. They set up a meeting right away to discuss my claim. They assisted me with my second application which was approved in a couple of months.

I’m using an Alias account due to privacy, but I just wanted to say that when we first moved here to Clarksville I had searched high and low for a good disability lawyer. But the one I found mysteriously died suddenly and I found myself on the hunt for another good lawyer. I am young and my disability case was a little acceptional because my case was more regarding mental disabilities. Mr. Aldred he was extremely detail oriented and kept his intensity with my case the entire time. He stayed in contact during the long waiting process and kept the same energy throughout the entire case. When it came to the actual hearing my husband and close family me never were treated with the utmost respect while he discussed what to expect. I wasn’t nervous and we won our case.
