I am being nice to give them a 3 stars but they screw me over with a bill. I got the car settlement payment from them. I was happy and they did a good job. Then I saw this bill came to my house and It was not pay off and it was from my car accident settlement. Diana told me that she pay it off and I believe her. Turns out that it was not pay off. I tried to call to the office and did some emails. I was very nice and understand that she is busy or have clients , when I call them. I reminded them I was also her client too. She has been extremely unprofessional has been blowing me off and refuse to talk to me. If you have this pos of a lawyer good luck and make sure your bills get pay off from the settlement or else you will be screwed like me.

Aleksandra Bronsted fought hard for my case and secured for me a very favorable settlement. If you can find ANY other lawyers office, do it! The office of Aleksandra Bronsted is horrific. It seems as if no one even works there because there is never any work done. I do not ever hear from anyone unless I’m calling in. I’ve called in numerous times wanting to know where we stand and they seem to not pay any attention AT ALL. They’re reminded once you call and ask them about it. If I could give them a negative rating... I would!
