This company is the absolute worse. If I could give half a star I would. I gave them my case in October and have only received 3 emails from them. My case manager Paula Sanders NEVER returns my calls or emails. I never even spoke to my attorney. CHOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!! This company's customer service is worse then Xfinity. I've sent countless emails and left tons of voicemails to no avail. I regret choosing this company. They tell you to call the number in the email but its all a scam, every time you call they're never available. It dont matter what time you call or how much messages you leave for them. They never get back to you.

I would not recommend this law firm based on my experience. Communication has been consistently poor, and I’ve felt like my case has been at the bottom of their priority list from the beginning. For over a year, I’ve had to be the one to reach out just to get basic updates. There has been very little proactive communication. For the last six months, I’ve repeatedly been told my case is in the “final stages,” yet there has been no visible progress or meaningful updates to support that. As a client, you expect transparency, timely communication, and a sense that your case is being taken seriously. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Amir Abbasi is the attorney dealing with my case who I spoke to ONCE and that’s because I reached out to ask for an update and he mentioned it’s in the final stages 7 months ago. I will comment back with a follow up of this review but as of now m extremely disappointed and would not refer anyone to this firm.

Ambulance chasers: My husband was in a wreck and didn’t reach out to an attorney but they called him and emailed him a contract. That’s so illegal. Has to be someone at APD selling info.

Alexander Shunnarah law firm is very knowledgeable of laws for the cars accident case ,a very good tool to have success in a litigation case where John Foy attorneys would resign on a case requiring litigation they can not compete for it to get success, that the reason John Foy Lawyers resign on my car accident litigation case they can not compete for it to get succes in this matter

Please think twice before trusting this firm with your car accident settlement. My experience was emotionally and financially devastating. I did not feel properly represented, I did not receive the support or clarity I deserved, and I ended up facing pain and financial hardship with no meaningful help from them. I had a car accident over a month ago and called these people and still have a case sadly with them, but the lack of communication has been terrible. They said it was open and shut and month later and I’m still having to chase down my case manager Damien, do all the calls and middle manning when I thought this was what they were for. Just constantly getting ran in circles by the chiropractors office and this team has been worse than the car accident. Go anywhere else.
