UPDATE it’s Been 10months almost a year and they have switched my attorney not once But 3 times already and the 3rd time I was not contacted about the change I had to contact them this is by far the worst law firm ever and regret ever contacting TOP DOG LAW who sent me to them . I just want to be released from this law firm and might as well represent myself every time I call it’s always we going to call you in a week or so n never do this is beyond ridiculous and a waste of my time when I could of went to another law firm and had my settlement within 5/6 months im frustrated with this

**UPDATE!** I’ve called the number being provided on this thread by “(owner)” and imagine that, “They were unavailable…” they will forward my message. SMH how about “(owner)” you find my case and call me directly. Thanks. They are handling my case and so far now there is no respond to any calls, voicemails, txt messages. They started off great and now that I last spoke to them getting ready to receive that money. They are dodging me every way possible. If they take a percentage without explaining it or without your signed consent, that's unethical and possibly illegal. It seems I am not the only one this is happening to. There is other reviews and people are trying to get together to see who else is this happening to. Some are just not getting paid and some they are just giving their case to someone else.

This have been by far the most annoying and frustrating experience ever first they get a settlement offer and then told they want more n I wait 2 months just for them to tell me they gave my case to another attorney now the process starting all over which I’m probably going to have to wait another 6/7 months when I explained the situation I’m in and to just settle what’s offered smh I am not pleased at all it constantly run around games no one calls I have to keep calling for updates so not fair or professional at all

Darnell Randall made me feel like they were gonna take care of me and instead the cashed a $50,000 check without my consent , I didn’t get a damn dime and I still need surgery on a disconnect shoulder:. 2 YEARS LATER! Don’t trust these people!!!

I was in an accident November 5th in their website for add they had on Facebook told me that they would have my money in 30 days and it would be at least a three-digit number check we're going on this many months and they're still spinning me I just think it was misleading for them to get my hopes up that I would have my money that fast and be done with it and that's not the case and I'm not even sure that they cared that much

Worst experience ever . First off they were supposed to call us at 11 am Saturday and they never did . We had to call them . After telling my mom they will help her with her disability case , having her on the phone for over an hour gathering information, assuring her they will help her they just randomly called her the day after to tell her never mind we won’t be helping you and gave no explanation as to why they couldn’t help her . They just told us to wait for a “letter “ they were gonna send so we can get another attorney. Do not do business with them .

I would not recommend using Alexander shunnarah I had to do there job and get all of my and my family's medical records and bills for our case because it's been almost a year and we go months without hearing from them and when I call I have to wait days if not weeks for my phone call to be returned

I cant speak for the whole intern but my case lawyer Joe Garcia is the absolute worst. I really want to be out of this situation with these people.

Worst experience ever, first they're super unorganized they had someone else's case under my name and address and then they kept getting me mixed up with the person 😞😑😞 I got into the wreck last year and they're still unaware of what is happening, I wouldn't wish this treatment on my worst enemy, Stacey Gant thank you the lies I learned alot about your firm...

Most horrible experience ever I’m still waiting on the actual lawyer to talk to just been talking to nun but account managers they never answer they never keep you updated I wish there was a way to sue them for waiting ppl time
