I had an amazing experience with Ross. I could not speak highly enough of him and the team. Let down after let down I was feeling so defeated I was dealing with a fence that was falling down, multiple leaks in my home, hail damage, a garage door that the tracks was bent on that would pop and sometimes not even work also dents and dings to the outside of it. I had been with 3 attorneys in 3 years before meeting him after a terrible storm that had come through our subdivision and even uprooted trees at the ponds. My insurance company refused to cover the damages and I had been denied no matter how hard I fought. I had put up a battle with an insurance company I couldn’t fight alone and needed a good attorney. I had even hired an engineer to look at my house. I had watched neighbors have their damages be covered and even my insurance company cover damages of homes in the same subdivision but deny my claim on a house that wasn’t even 10 years old. I knew this battle was not going to be easy but Ross was always there with every new leak to reassure me it was ok. In the end Ross was right everything was ok. He stood in every new battle that came up and he won the ultimate battle against the insurance company. I would suggest Ross a million times to someone who needs someone on their side !

Worse experience I've ever had dealing with a attorney or law firm. The attorney's doesn't answer to anyone so they aren't really invested in your matters, they don't return calls and allow insurance companies and adjusters to do what they please.

Worst Attorney I’ve Ever Came In Contact With! They Do NOT Work For You. I Was In An Auto Accident It Took Them Over A Month To Get Me Set Up With Chiro, Pain Management & Almost Two Months Before I Was Seen By A Neurologist! The ONLY Reason I Got Appointments Then Was Because I Threatened To Fire Them. They Don’t Call & Give Updates On Your Case & I Got All Of My Bills & Info They Needed For My Case MYSELF! So They Got Paid To Do Basically NOTHING! Please Check ALL Resources Before Inquiring With Them.
