I I’ve called and left messages but nothing. Here it is 3 months later from my other review. I would never use or refer to this people again. They have drug their feet with this VERY SIMPLE case and continue to run my son in circles and do not return phone calls. Whoever Chip is should be fired.

My son and his friend reach out in early July for representation. It’s almost Nov and they’ve been fun around all this time. They’re 18 and aren’t behind taken seriously as clients. The case by hang even begun yo move, they’ve been “ getting medical records” since we contacted them. I know enough to know they’re being put on the back burner. Seeking out other lawyers and will be leaving this firm.

I wasted 4 years of my life because this company did not file a claim when they were supposed to and now I have no claim at all.

Alexander shunnarah is currently handling a case for me I don't have much to say at the present time, One thing I can say they were very respectful and showed plenty concern for my incident, they made sure they got every detail down to the T ,and we're very kind and courteous for my losses. I was hit in a car accident a couple of years ago and my personal attorneys were pep and Tyler Sawyer. They were amazing! I wished I would've stayed with them in the car accident that I was in, not long after that, because I was hit by a big company car and had extremely horrible service with another attorney. Having issues with a whole other attorney, I reached back out to Tyler and pep for legal advice in my situation, and to my surprise, they actually responded very quickly with their input. About a year ago, I was rear ended, yet again, and I reached out, directly, to Pep and Tyler, who were happy to take me on! They schedule initial required appointments, they call to check in with us, not only to keep us updated, but also because they wanted to know about my well being. They are beyond amazing at what they do- I was having a problem with the hospital that I went to after my accident, and they explained to me why the hospital was in the wrong, so they reached out to the hospital and sent them an email with laws in it and explained how the hospital had done wrong, so before sending in a demand, the hospital had to drop the 2800 that would've gone to the hospital, and even talked with my physical therapist and succeeded at having them drop their total down as well. I haven't met any lawyers who were as dedicated, genuinely cared of the well being of their clients, a real expert at how the law works. I highly recommend Pep and Tyler Sawyer, and if I am ever involved in another accident again, my permanent choice in lawyers will forever, permanently be the Sawyers!

Big machine out to satisfy themselves. I was diagnosed with a fractured vertebrae in my neck after an accident involving an 18 wheeler. They dropped the ball big time and I’m still paying a doctor bill. Thanks Alexander Shamara. I left a bad review only to receive a response used as a pacifier. There public response was they feel so bad, contact them and let’s see if they can come up with a solution. I tried contacting them several time, only to be ignored. Big machine and forced bill board smile used to deceive. Do your homework, find a firm that’s not chasing ambulances.

My daughter and I were in an accident in Montgomery, AL. We called Alexander Shannara and the immediately went to work. We both were assigned to Ms. Alissa Daniels, and when I say she went to work, SHE WENT TO WORK! Timeless hours she spent preparing us for the case & always kept us updated until the day we received compensation. We are so grateful to her and the law firm. The firm is not as good as it used to be. If I knew any better I would not have chosen them to represent me and my family. My attorney that is assigned to me has not been on top of my case. I have to constantly call his Legal Assistant every so many months just to get nowhere. I know everyone is very busy but I would think that they would just follow up on my case every blue moon to give me progress on it instead of me call them every two to three months. I hope and pray that we are coming to an end over the next couple of weeks so I will not have to worry anymore. I can move forward with my life. I am very disappointed with their representation of me. At one point I felt like they were not listening to me when I was telling them important information. I will definitely go to a different firm next time I need a personal injury attorney. I will not recommend them.

Don’t choose them!!! If you do, you will have the statutory years of waiting… then, MUCH regrets!!!!

Zero stars if I could. My son and his girlfriend were in a car accident where a semi truck had ran them off the road and they ended up wrecking. After speaking with an ivy cooper for almost 4 months stringing me along Telling me the attorney needed to speak with my son's girlfriend snd that she was trying to set up a time for a phone consultation. Then I received a letter in the mail just days after receiving an email from Ivy Cooper stating they will not be able to pursue the case. So here we are back to square one 4 months later. Ps. Please don't bother with the automated reply telling me to contact you 🙄

Never can get a return phone call to get any information about the case after leaving voicemails after voicemail any numbers you call goes to vm just left in the blind and I recommend a client that has no problem getting in touch as long as it in the the time frame of dr visits and follow ups smh I won’t be using them anymore nor recommending!!!
