And will show that they are they for you and will get the job done … At first my experience was horrible .. no communication , the lawyer was rude and act as if she didn’t even want my case .. but ms Jetzy I love her down ,, she listened to me gave me great advice and was patient with me .. Jetzy was so good, very professional, she cared about me and my case. She was able to get me more money than I had thought possible. She was able to get reductions on my medical bills. Anyone needing a premises lawyer on a trip and fall I would absolutely recommend Jetzy, but only if you have a good strong solid case. As we all know every accident does not warrant a lawsuit. It took around 18 months to settle, I had no issues with the timeframe. The end results was all that mattered.

Would not recommend they initially taken my mothers injury case and she's badly injured on her knees permanent bruising and scaring from her fall inside the property. Thinking all is apparently well and was told they'd be reaching out to communicate to the attorneys of the company for a settlement offer within the next week. Before this even happens recieve an email TD dismissal that they are no longer handling the case attorney was Marcia Sampson and I just personally cannot recommend this firm. My mothers injuries are abhorrent and no fault of her own. Her quality of life will be greatly reduced now and she even had to quit her job because she could no longer perform physically at it. Not to mention all the ongoing physical therapy she has to do continuously. I will gladly find someone else or even represent the case myself as I have the incident report and the photos with witnesses from the scene if this was your loved one you would easily do the same. I understand a law firm cannot guarantee results although I was very bewildered to receive termination to the case with next to no explanation why. This is why it is so important to advocate for yourself and those you care about and act accordingly my mother was transported immediately to the hospital by ambulance way of the property management they are clearly at fault and liable for accidents that happen on their premises especially when there is no warning indicators such as steep drop or handrails sufficiently placed along a drop off guard rails should never be out of reach.

I spent an hour on the phone with them going over my situation and they said I qualified to get help with my auto accident. I sent them a ton of personal information about myself and the accident and 5 seconds after they had me sign the paperwork they text me to tell me they can’t help me. I’ve never been in an accident before and I’m trying to get help for the first time, they couldn’t even tell me WHY they couldn’t help me. Just that they couldn’t. Now I’m still in pain, dealing with an accident and unrepresented because they couldn’t figure out how to tell me why they couldn’t represent me. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVERY. I will no go out of my way to NOT recommend your company. Great job.
