Wish I had positive things to say but I don't. They seem to hire just anyone to answer the phones and have absolutely no ability to help and can only read what is on the screen. A basic question about your case turns into frustrating nightmare. The lawyer we were given didn't even submit the required documents which has now delayed the case. After you pay what they want and documents are filed with USCIS they pretty much stop communicating with you. Save yourself the stress and choose another law firm.

I'm worried. I have businesses and I don't have a single bad review, not one, and I see that the lawyer Lozano only has two good reviews. Everyone calls her a scammer, and this worries me a lot. I paid her $13,000 for my VAWA case. It's been four years, and we only recently sent more information to immigration, but they're not going to mess with me. I already have another lawyer overseeing my case too. They're not going to make a fool of me. There are laws here, and it doesn't matter if they're lawyers; the law applies to them too. And from what another lawyer told me, he's thought this was a scam for a long time. I hope that's not the case.

Don't believe anything this team of lawyers says; they're fraudulent. I had a terrible experience; they just take your money. Their communication is awful, they don't answer calls, and the phone can ring all day without a response. I'm giving them one star because that's the only way they let me write a review; otherwise, they don't deserve even one star.

My case was incredibly difficult. I had a deportation order, and my case was with another firm that had given me no hope. I came here to see attorney Alexandra, and everything worked out. She appealed my case, and thank God, I now have my residency. It was my Christmas present! Thank you to the attorney and her team who always treated me well! My friends, don't lose hope, and keep the faith!

I told them about my car accident case, and they immediately said they were willing to represent me, even though I wasn't in the same state where I had coverage. After a year and a half, they told me I couldn't continue with my case. They never filed a lawsuit against the person or the state that caused the accident. They made me lose my case because after a year it's difficult to file petitions and claims. Honestly, I don't recommend them at all. Whoever is reading this, it's up to each person to decide. In my case, I wouldn't take any case.

My husband paid $2,000 just to have his record checked before he could become a citizen, and to this day there's been no response. It's been almost a year. Every time he calls to check on his case, he gets the same answer: "We're working on it." They just take the money and forget about the case. We've already found another lawyer recommended by a friend who got their case resolved in two months.

This lawyer is terrible. My husband was trying to get his VAWUA immigration status sorted out with her. He paid her around $4,000, but Immigration arrested him. I called them, and they said they couldn't do anything, even though they gave him a writ of habeas corpus, which didn't help either. They lie to people who start a process with her. Be careful because she's a scammer. I have friends and acquaintances who have been dealing with her for years, and she doesn't solve anything; she just takes their money. Besides, she told me I couldn't help my husband. She said I had to open a new case and pay $300. In my desperation, they scheduled an appointment for me. I had to wait a week to speak with a representative, and they quickly told me, "We need you to pay $20,000." After that, they kept charging him through the bank. If I pay $500 every month, it's a scam. Be very careful, everyone. Alejandra Lozano is useless; she doesn't help. She's not the "Miracle Lawyer"; she's a scammer!

Horrible service they did nothing to help. Don’t waste your money on this lawyer. They never answered the phone and never called back. They submitted paperwork late and still charged me. They got paid and did absolutely nothing.

Very bad immigration lawyer. They lie about cases and have extremely poor communication. They took my money and did not deliver on what they promised. I was told I would receive a refund for my husband’s case, but now they are refusing to give any refund at all. I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Do NOT come here!!! You never meet the actual lawyer, you never see her, you dont even hear her voice!!! Its been 5 years now and never once met her only her paralegals and they all give different information. This office is in the business of taking money and not defending people.....they want all your money up front or payment plans even when they arent filing for those specific forms yet. Both my husband and his sister (different forms on their cases) had their cases denied because this lawyer had them ELECTRONICALLY sign documents and immigration flagged it. Now they both have a court hearing in March and April for deportation!!!!!! I would not be surprised if this office was sued in the future. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I hope this helps someone. God is in control.

The service was terrible. Jose Rivera from the collections department was very rude. I lost all my money and got nothing in return from this firm. I regret hiring them. I lost my money to rude people.

It’s just so frustrating , I’ve been their client since 2020. I am so disappointed in their lack of communication, service, and attention. I am now trying to schedule an appointment to speak with an actual lawyer, but they refuse to get an appointment scheduled for me and instead redirect me to a customer service representative, or office assistant, who doesn’t know how to help me and cannot give me legal advice or answers in a time that I need them most and is crucial to my case that I get that lawyer representation and consulting NOW. Absolutely absurd and disappointing to say the least.

Please be careful with this lawyer. She claims to perform miracles to trick people. My husband was just deported because this office didn't notify me that his case had been denied. He hadn't checked in with immigration for a month without me knowing this information, and they just left him there. I paid them 15,000 pesos to help me with his case, but once he was detained, I called them for help, and they left him there for four days. They even charged me for another consultation to see what could be done to get him out. If I wanted to see what they could do, they wanted another 5,500 pesos for the wasted time. My husband was deported to Mexico… Don't trust them, and make sure that if they're going to represent you, they'll also represent you if you're detained, because if that happens, they'll charge you for another consultation even though you're supposedly already represented… There are also many problems with this office. Follow a Facebook page called Camila Overmyer… 1/07/26 In response to your reply to my review, I called the office to ask who would be responsible for my husband's situation, since he was very badly detained, and they told me they couldn't do anything. These lawyers are unwilling to accept any responsibility; they wash their hands of it because they don't go through what we go through. I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation. Besides, I wanted to record the conversation because they do that to you, and they didn't want to continue talking to me if I recorded it. Be careful.

It was a scam! I paid for 18 months and they never did anything. It was a lot of money for them to do absolutely nothing, and now that I want to cancel their services, they're trying to force me to keep paying, even though I've already canceled! The worst part is, don't fall for their false advertising; they do nothing and never give you your money back.

I'd like to start a case with this lawyer. Do you recommend her or not?
