I would give zero stars if I could. The lack of communication is appalling. Shouldn’t have to chase someone down and to get an update on the case. The lawyer we’ve been assigned to has been changed Atleast 3x and the paralegal atleast 4x over the last 2 years. And everytime it’s the same story: sorry I’m taking over your case so please be patient with me and then there’s no update. The employee turnover rate is extremely high which increases the amount of errors made for example spelling my name wrong on official documents, forgetting to add medical charges and more. The company also changed their name 3x so clearly leadership is a mess too. I have been so patient and have not had anyone return my calls or reply to my text messages. I regret going with this firm. Please take my advice and go with someone else. There’s a reason the only good reviews are from 2 years ago before this firm went downhill.
