Absolutely horrible law firm. Please run and do not trust them with your legal affairs or your money. I had two guardianships and they overcharged excessively for basic accounting for both accounts and never advised me on how I could preserve the funds for my boys who inherited that money from their grandpa. Their money is all gone because of the excessive fees of this law firm and it took months and court hearings to get out of being under them as my attorney. Literally asked how much is in the account and then sent a bill for more than half the amount. RUN! RUN! RUN!!
Attorney's fees are impacted by client's choices, including their acts and failures to act, and not following advice of counsel. Our office has handled multiple guardianships of minor property at significantly less costs where the clients have met the deadlines for documents and things that are provided to them well in advance. Additionally, we strongly encourage people to seek the advice of an attorney well versed in estate planning when preparing their own estate plans so they can prevent costs to their heirs, such as these, in the future.

Wasted my money on an agreement that ended up doing the opposite of what was intended. I would never want anybody to be mislead the way I was. I do not recommend.
If I could offer negative stars, I would. Take it from a divorcing father with 2 kids. I am much happier with my new legal representation. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend. Also Vanessa Martinez works for All Life Legal.
