All my evictions, she has handled. I have not had a problem. She is great at what she does. She has a lot of experience and what I like about her is that she is straightforward. She will advise you well. A plus, she has a big heart for animals 🥰. Blessed her heart.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. She has the worst attitude and work ethics. She is not an attorney and will allow you to believe she is. We hired her for HELP on an EVICTION. She used a faulty notice that our hired property management drafted & had my mother file her own paperwork. When she was requested to add the reason for the eviction she refused to do so. Pretty much she tried to charge $1500 to use someone else's notice and deliver it. She's not an attorney or a paralegal (hence she delivered faulty paperwork, she should have known to fix), she's a very expensive courier. She took advantage of an elderly nervous woman in need and when I (elderly woman's daughter) called her out on it she hung up on me. She should pay my mother some of her money back that would be fair. Response to her reply: You’re a liar, we did not even take it to trial because we knew the paperwork was not submitted correctly. Gods honest truth, the judge said if she looks and anything is wrong we lose automatically so we met a settlement with the tenant and had to wait days lost out on owed rent all because of this woman. You were told by my mother and I that we did not want you there since you did nothing but deliver a faulty notice. She was still came against our desires but could not say more than 5 words to us. We had no desire to continue business with this woman. For Clarification: Upon 1st Visit with Lorraine; At her request we provided paperwork drafted from another company. This paperwork was lacking the reason for the eviction. Instead of Lorraine actually doing work and drafting another legal notice she did nothing and used there’s. I will admit the only thing she did was serve the notice. My mother took the paperwork to the courts and prepared to pay fees to the courts and all (which were waived). She wanted to charge my mother $1500 to serve the notice she hadn’t even prepared. When we requested her to add a reason for the eviction she refused to do so probably because it would be more work. But to be real, when I cornered her and asked why didn’t she add the reason her response was I didn’t know I had to. This is your job if you’re not familiar with Eviction cases fine, don’t charge top dollar like you are and learn about them. She’s probably good at paperwork and serving with other types of cases like custody and divorce. But not competent in all aspects of the law. Run the other way people; this is a honest review. If you notice all the negative reviews she always responds with nothing she did wrong. It was always her clients. No accountability with any of her clients. You should pay my mother back some of her money. You know you did not do right by her.

She's one of the worst services in the valley, she coming into my courtroom without being asked, and I lost the case because of her... the judge is making sure that she is investigated

Someone need to shut this place down. She breaks family apart. I am from Mexico. I paid her to get advise on on filing a divorce from my husband. Man. she is bad advisor, advocating for family separation. I didn't want to hurt my husband but she kept pushing me to take the kids and his business, leaving my husband with nothing. She also helped design tricks to hurt the guy. Just because she received nothing from her failed marriage doesn't mean everyone should be like her. I later realized I made a mistake. I apologize to husby and we live happily together after.
