Mark is an amazing attorney my nephew got into trouble with some friends of his involved in a petty crime. They tried to charge them with a serious offense, and mark was able to get everything reduced. Ultimately my nephew got his record clean. He is now serving in the United states Military, if it wasn't for mark?I don't know if he'd have been able to do that.Thank you again for all your help!!!

Do not call if you are a tenant trying to sue your landlord for wrong doings he will hang up on you once u tell him you are the tenant
Mrs. Smith, <br><br>When you called, my office I immediately advised you that we do not represent tenants in any capacity. I advised you very clearly that my office only represents property owners, landlords, and property managers and never tenants. I then stated I could not and would not speak to you because it was conflict of interest as my office had previously represented your landlord. As an attorney I have a duty to all former clients, your landlord included. When I advised you to seek out representation from another law firm or attorney and provided you two possible options you became belligerent and used vulgarity. <br><br>It goes without saying that no one deserves this behavior, especially considering I provided you legal contacts to assist you. Due to your behavior the call was then terminated. <br><br>In summary, my office does not represent tenants, therefore, I have no duty to assist you. Even if my office would represent tenants, we would never represent an individual whom screams and curses into a phone with a person they literally have never met and only spoke to for 3 minutes. I filed a complaint against Marc on his bad behavior (Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board) Google it. BTW his flat rate could cost you more than $2k per hour with a couple of phone calls, your $5k retainer will be gone before the hearing begins. And another $5k will be required BEFORE he sends his 23 year old attorney to represent you.
Firstly, my office has never represented anyone with your name or credentials. Second, your libelous claim of a disciplinary board complaint / action is non-sensical and completely fictitious, nothing exists, because what you claimed never happened. In regards to your claim about "retainers," please note my office does not accept "retainer payments," nor do we charge hourly rates as you mention. Rather my office only deals in flat fees established at the outset of representation and supported by a written engagement letter. So again I am at a complete loss as to what you are talking about. Additionally, I do not have any employee who are 23 years of age let alone an attorney.<br><br>Lastly, I alone represent my clients at Court for all Court appearances and not any junior associate as you further assert. Rather this review was filed by a party who has significant anger and additional unresolved issues. Unfortunately, my office comes across individuals such as this who make baseless claims with unsubstantiated facts from fake accounts. These harassing reviews are normally generated from the squatters/former tenants we successfully remove on behalf of our happy clientele. Just finished my call with Marc and he was efficient and very honest on what we needed to do with our situation.
